DefaultWeekly Challenge #42 - Candid Shots ***Winner Announced***

    Congrats to Linda!!!!

I chose this picture of her grandson as this week's winner...

Thank you to all who participated...

    -------------------------------------------------

This weeks challenge will be creative candid shots...

    Definition from Wikipedia:
Candid photography is photography that focuses on spontaneity rather than technique, on the immersion of a camera within events rather than focusing on setting up a staged situation or on preparing a lengthy camera setup.

This one might seem bizarre, but I where I live (Asheville, NC) this is a sight from any average day :...

This one is of my two teenagers. It's not the greatest picture in the world and there's some weird blurring, but it sums up these two teens. If I remember correctly, Tim was commenting on someone's lack of table manners and Taylor was bored by his chit-chat.

This isn't as bad as it looks. Grandson ran over with dental floss and wanted one of us to pull his loose tooth out. When we wouldn't he decided to do it himself. I was using camera when he came over and couldn't help but snap a few of the faces he made while working on this tooth. He was zoned out and never noticed me or I'd be in trouble. He is very BOY, and would hate to have a picture showing him on the verge of tears. In the end, the tooth came out that night.

Heather watching a round of bitey face.
