So many of my pictures would only have a small area in focus. After lesson 5, I realized what I was doing wrong. I always tried to used f 1.8 on my 50 mm and the f 2.8 on my 70-200 thinking that would give me nice bright pictures. They might have been bright, I never had the whole frame in focus. Now I know to bump it up to f 7 or more and tweak the ISO. This was just a quick snap this morning, but both dogs are in focus!!
