Ok, guess I'll go first. I didn't want the camera to show in this picture. I tried every angle I could think of but wasn't able to do what I wanted. In this case, I miss the lcd preview screen.

This picture was taken a couple months ago at Mepkin Abbey. It's rather dark, but I like it that way. It was dark under the tree. This is the way it was. Can you tell just what it is?

I was trying for a silhouette. Although black labs against a light background seem to fade. I liked this shot the best. I hope it qualifies.

i had to manually crop this. :-\ there's only one place in our home that I can get this effect and we have stuff on the counter that cannot be moved (see out takes)
Linda and Zoë, the Umlaut
This one's a little old (a year or so I think), but I feel bad for not participating as much as I said I would.
So I have no settings for this photo, although I do know it was in manual mode, and taken with my old Canon Digital Rebel.
So for what it's worth, here we go.

I decided to shoot for a "reflection". Not only did I get the bridge, but on the very left there is an Anihinga with it's wings spread.

I was playing around with alot of settings the morning I took this picture. My camera doesn't tell me what setting I used and I don't remember. I'm assuming it was on auto mode.
