    DefaultAgility this weekend

Gabs picked up her first Novice JWW leg this morning in style- third place!

Unfortunately, she faded by this afternoon and was a mess on the standard course :suspious: I have to figure out what to do with her when she decides she's done... Yesterday she ran two great courses, but knocked a bar on each so no Qs yesterday.

I ordered pictures, so will update then.

Congratulations. That first leg is always wonderful and you placed too, great job.
Was it hot out in the later class? My dogs tend to really fade when the day heats up.

It was in an air-conditioned soccer arena- but it did get warm by her standard run.

I think our tentative plan is to not show for a while (due to wedding/school)- so probably it will be January or February before I can do agility trials again. Then we may just do one day- one run for a while- and instead of trying to coax her around the course when she's in a mood/tired/not interested in what we're doing- I'm going to pull her off course if she gets like that. If she wants to run agility, she can be an equal team partner.

    Congratulations to you and Gabby!
When she decides she's done just do another jump or two, make it fun and get off the course. I only enter Cori for one day now as she pulls that fading Lab thing, too. OTOH, Jazz can run three days in a row, 5 or 6 classes even (if NADAC) and shows no sign of slowing down.
