There is an Obedience/Rally Trial coming up in October. Same place Pitch qualified at. My question, by then the hot weather should be gone, and a bit more comfy outside. Unless we hit an indian summer that weekend. The trial is being offered 2x that day, a morning, and an afternoon session. Would you sign up for 2 trials that day, or would that be too much? I guess it depends on the dog eh?

If I had to travel any distance to the show, I'd sign up for both.
Sorry, can't be of much help

About an hour drive...so not horrible. Just didn't want to over do it with him. Not like it is too difficult. Think we might try for 2

I'd do it. You can't sign up at the show, so you might as well enter. You can always pull him if you need to, but you can't enter there and might kick yourself if you haven't

I would. If it was a terrible first run you can always pull your entry and eat the fee. But if it was a good one you could have a chance for two legs.

I would sign up for both. In APDT and C-WAGs we trial all day. You do have to know your dog. I see some who go in the ring 6 times. That's too much for my dog, but if it is cool outside, he is usually good for 4.
