Kodi did pretty well last night! She got a 195.5 in Novice. The match was held in the same rings that the trials are at this weekend, so it was very useful to go to. Kodi had an chiropractic adjustment in the morning, so i was not about to do too many corrections or tight twists and turns for corrections. It was pretty much let the chips fall where they may and hopefully a fair assessment of what what will happen this weekend!
*Taking a deeeeep breath for her Novice debut!*
Oh, that's great!! Awesome that you got to practice where the trial will be!
We are debuting in Novice this weekend too! Eeeeeee! Hope we both do well!

What fun! I think that matches are helpful if you want to see how your dog will do at certain level, and treat it just like a show. Last summer, before Emilu and I were to show in Rally Excellent and Novice Obedience for the first time, I took her to a C match. It was even held outside, near a river and DUCKS!. She didn't do her best, but she took HIT and we even won money! I also knew that she would do OK in a "real" show.
I hope you and Angusfangus have a blast - come home with great stories to tell us all

Good luck to Karen, Kodi, Connie and Angus this weekend. We'll be expecting a full report.
