DefaultZeke finally got some agility practice...

So, before viewing these videos - keep in mind this is the first time I have been home in a month and he's practiced agility only about twice since September. We're REALLY rusty.

That being said, here's the video (they're all on the same mini-course, nothing too creative).

This one was taken about 2min after taking him out - no practice, preparation, etc.

Umm....yeah. This video is pretty bad, but my excuse I slept two hours and took a 200question exam this morning. I wasn't using my brain after that :P

I definitely need to get back in the handling "groove" - the video looks pretty awkward. We'll do better next time.

Well, I'm impressed. My dogs won't run to the weaves and weave on their own. I have to babysit them, still. Nice job. Are you entering any trials soon?

I plan on entering trial or two this spring...

I REALLY need to work on my handling skills - the jump he missed in one of those videos was entirely my fault, as were some of the other minor issues.

Does anyone know where I could find old course maps or something so I could create some small sequences? My course designing skills are terrible (as evidenced by the horrid sequence I designed for the video). I guess I will be consulting with my trainer next time....I need ideas I can practice on my own, since I rarely manage to make the lessons (only during school holidays )

I love this website. It literally has HUNDREDS of courses. Some are really hard, but you can pick and choose, or just do parts of courses. This is a European website.

    www.agility-ch.ch/

Choose Parcours from the menu items, those are the courses.
