Our AKC Sanctioned Agility Match was a HUGE success. We had 30 competitors showing 47 dogs for a total of 139 runs. We needed 25 dogs and between 50 - 60 runs. We are all very excited!!!
The match was held in my training field. We got a LOT of compliments on the field, land, etc.
Magnum got a 1st place in Jumpers with Weaves.
Ruger got a 1st place in FAST class (the first time I had ever run it... it's a BLAST!)
All in all it was a wonderful day, too hot and much too long, but we all enjoyed being exhausted after
Here's a few pics.

Congratulations! What a great idea for the photo opportunity.
I'm so glad to hear that everything went well. I worked at our clubs agility show this weekend - what a different atmosphere from obedience and rally!! Dogs barking ALOT while running the courses. I didn't know much at all about agility- but learned alot this weekend. I found the 'fast" classes to be particularly fun too - it was interesting to see how people took it different ways. And some dogs seem to be making their own course There was a large lady who obviously had some physical problems affecting her ability to move fast who showed several dogs. Even though I know next to nothing , I could tell she was a great handler with her dogs. She would start halfway out in the ring and then start her dogs. Later I heard much hooting and hollaring in the next ring - this lady had won a MACH - apparently she IS a good handler .
That's GREAT, Linda Nice pictures of your team, too!
