    DefaultOk, amuse me a moment...

Today I mailed my first UDX entry! I still can't believe it! I actually wrote Dunn's Marsh Caleb of Waltona UD, RE for the first time on an entry! WOW! I still can't believe it! I just look at the picture in amazement!

How awesome is that? I think I'd have to pinch myself too.

I'd be doing the same thing. I think I've told you before, but just in case I didn't, some of your stories of your Caleb remind me so much of mine. Your successes with him have given me hope.

We thought about Canfield but then discounted it because it was too far away.

Best of luck on the UDX road!

    Very very cool!

You'll probably get your OTCH before your UDX

Susan - Are you not going to Waynesburg this weekend or are you just not showing?
We are going to Wauseon after Waynesburg and then Medina and Richland KC on July 21 and 22 and then Canfield.

Terry was talking with Christie Thomas - she shows goldens - about UDX and OTCH. She said some people never get either or both. The OTCH is tough because some of the "big" handlers that show in our area seem to routinely be getting 198 - 199 so getting a 1st in Utility B will be a challenge. Open might offer a better chance for a 1st place. That hasn't stopped Terry and I know it won't stop you and Caleb. This is what you've worked so hard to accomplish - onward and upward. B

Canfield would be closer for you than what London was for me! Plus there will be majors there all weekend!!!!

Yes, I'll be at Waynesburg but I could not switch to Utility B since entries had all ready closed. I tried. BUT, if we would do something in Open it would count for points. My immediate goal is the UDX and I think with the consistency that he has in the Open ring will come in Utility as well so I think it is a reasonable goal. Not sure about that OTCh though. As you said you can get a 198 1/2 and not even place around here.
