    Defaultfinding a CGC test

I'd really like to take a CGC test with Gabs (insurance break!). However, I'm having a hard time locating one. There are two in the next month- but they're 200 hundred miles away (while there are four obedience shows in thirty miles of me...).

Am I missing a way to search for these? I checked the CGC portion of the AKC webpage and Infodog. I'm in Saint Louis, and looked in Illinois and MO.

    Thanks.

Some clubs offer them occasionally and those tests may or may not be listed on AKC or Infodog. Try contacting some of your local obedience and kennel clubs and see if they know of any tests. You can also contact a tester directly and sometimes get a private test if none will be offered in your area.

Lydia is correct--not all clubs advertise their CGC test on the AKC site. I know I do. We usually have a test twice a year and most places now are doing close to the same. Do check with some local all-breed clubs and obedience training places.
