today..It was a standard run..Ran Robbie twice in Novice..He did well except for the weaves and the fact that his mom can't keep up with him good thing he works well at a distance..he had no faults on the first run...2nd run wasn't scored.. Riley ran in open twice..and let's say he had fun in the first run...didn't like one jump for some reason and we had to do it twice and he kept going around or refusing..LOL..did his weaves great the first run and messed up the 2nd run..but he was bouncing around the whole course like a 2 year old lab..LOL..

Sounds like a great day. Did you ever look at the one jump from Riley's angle/viewpoint? I wonder what he saw or didn't see.

I'm not sure what he saw..but it was from 2 different directions that he wouldn't take it..but the 2nd run he hit them both just fine....who knows

I've had Zeke do that once....(refuse 1 particular jump). He'd gone over it once already and barely touched it, and after that he refused to go over it again. I wasn't sure why until later when I looked at his feet and he'd torn a nail when he hit the jump the first time - thats why he wouldn't go over that particular jump.

Sounds like a good day! Sometimes I wonder what goes through their minds.
