but wanted to share that my girls (17 yo.), Kona and I went for a ~ 2 hr. hike in a PA park (on a hilly trail) on Sunday afternoon. Kona did great during and afterwards. No limping or favoring his leg. Mom on the other hand had a hip flexor strain that made steps, walking and demonstrating exercises for patients Monday night challenging!! :P

So glad to hear Kona continues to do well. It's truly amazing, what the body can do (human or canine). I'm always in awe of the design God came up with for his creatures. Even when things go haywire, the body learns to adapt and heal.
