DefaultWell, well, well, there may be hope for us next week after all...

that's our next try in Advanced. When Caleb pulled his butt tucking bit at Back Mtn in November, I wasn't too worried about it continuing. He goes through phases when he does things "not him". But, he's been pulling the same stunt at class every week (numerous times each week, too, not just once), as well as at home. Until yesterday- 4 runs in the afternoon class, and 1 before we cleaned up from the evening class. All 5 off lead, 3 of the 5 with minimal treats in my pocket, just in case. The only run that wasn't a 99 was because I screwed up. Caleb did everything I asked of him. One time he got a little twinkle in his eye like he wanted to take off, but a firm "Here" stopped him. So, it looks like I've got my dog back. Just keep your fingers crossed that he doesn't go away again! LOL

Thanks guys! As long as I don't do too much thinking about it, I think we'll be OK. It's funny- I didn't notice a difference in Caleb at home these past few weeks, but I realized yesterday he has been "different". Not desctructive, bad, etc, just a little "not him", if that makes sense.
