previous to my last post, i should have mentioned that i make my own RAW food for my lab...but only his dinner meal. His breakfast and lunch are cut up organic chicken carcasses, bones and all. His dinner meal is a combination of organic kidneys and hamburger, with supplements.

I was really lucky in that I had, until I moved, a place that made up a complete meal. It was a bit pricier, but it was handy to have. I did pretty much exactly what you described.

yes, I bought the RAW for my two retrievers but this time around, for my lab, i'm doing my own...but as you say, the bought is a bit more in price, but still worth it.

Just to clarify, it wasn't the Bravo or anything like that, it was just regular organic chicken, organ meats, fruits, etc. that the guy made in mass to sell at their store...he just made extra of what he fed his dogs. It was cheaper than the Bravo, but still not as cheap as making it yourself.
