Do you add veggies or veggie mash to your dog's diet? There doesn't seem to be a general consensus about it -- just some people do and some don't. I noticed even w/ the prepackaged raw foods like Bravo, some of their varieties have veggies and some are just plain meat.
Adding veggies is completely a personal choice. You don't NEED to but some people like to. I add veg sometimes. We get most of our vegetables (organic!) delievered to our door so the dogs get bits and pieces where appropriate. Occasionally I will put a mix of veggies into the blender to make a "mush"...they love it.
Yes, I do feed veggies. I just run whatever I've got through the food processor and add it to the meat mixture.
Only veggies Ender gets are in his Bravo! blends meals (the ones we get have some veggies in them)
Caleb's holistic vet has put him back on vegies for a while along with tripe--both everyday. Just grind the vegies in the food processor and then I mix it with some canned salmon or ground salmon from Hare-Today that has been in the freezer for a month or so.

i add veggies, too.

Cassie gets veggies at every dinnertime (yogurt or cottage cheese in the morning). I just give her whatever I've got going for my own dinner.
