Please note that I am not posting about MY dog. I saw a flyer today and hope someone can help.
A woman in the Burlington/Oakville area of Ontario is looking to re-home her 2 labs. The details of her flyer indicate they are:
- purebread (one chocolate, one black)
- male named Brewzer, female named Belle
- ages 3 and 4
- microchipped and up to date on shots
- good with kids
I can never understand having to leave my dog, but she indicates they are moving and can't take them with her. She does indicate she wants them to go to a home that will treat them like family (so at least that is good). However, she is willing to split them up!
I can't take them and don't know much about rescue. I am hoping someone here does or has connections with the local rescue and that they can help out or at least help her make sure she makes a good decision.
I think I know the dogs from around the neighbourhood and on walks. They do seem like nice, well-cared for dogs.
If you want the contact info from the flyer please PM me.
I came in here to post the lrro site, but Nancy beat me to it.
