A couple weeks ago took corona to the vet b/c she was peeing in bed and had diahrea. think she ate a flower she wasn't supposed to. She got better. Well the past 2-3 days all she is doing is laying around or sleeping. She is eating, drinking water, peeing. I haven't seen her go poop, but she does it different times of the day and I can't watch her all the time. stomach isn't hard. She will play with us when we go out, go for walks, but when she is outside alone she sleeps. She usually snoops, runs with the dog next door, eats sticks, etc. She has been sleeping inside as well. which isn't normal b/c she is like a kid, have to follow her every where. get's on the counter to see what she can get, sneaks shoes, etc. I thought that it was that we have been letting her stay outside during the day till I get home, but she was inside today till about 12. played for about 20 minutes, and she is outside now sleeping again! any ideas on what could be wrong
Could it be the heat? Mine slow down quite a bit in this weather. If you are that concerned, then maybe it's time for a full vet visit including some bloodwork.

Gee, if my dog became ill from eating something she should not have I don't know that I would feel comfortable leaving her unsupervised in the yard.

I know. I am. that is why that weekend we spent about 3 hours cutting the bush down! we just have to somehow up root it so it won't come back. going to keep the buds and leaves cut off till fall comes. We think it may be a bit easier to up root it then.Originally Posted by BigBrownDog

If the lethargy keeps up, have it checked out.

i would really keep an eye on her and make sure she is pooping it almost sounds like shes constipated or a blockage..that will slow them down quite a bit.
