thanks guys!! I think the prednisone is doing the trick! She has a little more kick in her giddy- up!

we go to see the vet tomorrow for a one week check up!

no more problems so far with incontinence! we have been very vigilant with taking her to potty! and its work thus far!

her skin still looks horrible but the itching has subsided for the most part.

Bella-boo is my baby! haha. I would call and check on her from work and my fiance would get so irritated with me!

thank you so much for the prayers for her. She definitely needed them!

and thanks for the encouragement! i needed them too!

hopefully tomorrow we get good news!

SOOO glad to hear Bella is on the road to recoverly. Hope her check up went well today and she continues to feel better each and every day. It is not fair for a puppy to be sick like that!

What kind of pred taper do they have her on?

hey guys! well the Dr.'s appt did not go all that well.

Dr. Little says that Bella's coat is not healing right- nor is the medicine working how its suppose to.

we are tapering her off the Prednisone (10mg twice a day now) but the Simplicef has been increased.

She is trying to get Bella a Dr.'s appt with a Doggie Dermatologist in Dallas, which is a 2 1/2 hour drive from me.

Dr. Little is just floored with Bella. She is at the point where she has no clue whats going on and why she is not responding to meds.

So we did more skin scraping at the last appointment. These are more send outs that take a couple weeks to get back in.

Bella and I are so wore out! So is my pocket book. I can only imagine how much a Canine Dermatologist will cost me. I wish there was on closer!! Like in Shreveport!

She has had a couple more incontinence spells. I don't know when we are making an improvement or when we are regressing again. So frustrating! The last time she peed in the bath during her skin treatment. She was once again, mortified.

Keep Bella in your thoughts- She goes back to vet Saturday again.
