The CNM people's term

Even after reading the site, I still don't really understand what CNM is. I guess they want you to do your own layman's research...
Oh my gosh!!! I just checked out their site. After reading it, I thought it might be something that my Kiwi is dealing with, but then I watched the video!!!! It is absolutely heartbreaking. Thankfully, it is not anything close to what Kiwi is going through, but just wrenches at your heart.
I would think that any responsible breeder would want to make sure that their dog is clean.
Maybe this link will help. I didn't know anything about this ntil my breeder was telling me that it has been showing up in field lines & they are finding dogs who are carriers. It is a reccessive disorder so if you don't know your dog is a carrier & breed with a carrier...you could have an affected litter. My breeder was concerned when she heard a man had lost a whole litter to this. No I don't understand it well. I don't even know at what age you can tell dogs have it or if there are degrees of it. But she said, soon everyone who buys a pup will aant to know if the parents were carriers. These are field line dogs & it was showing up in some FC/AFC dogs.
