    DefaultPossible puppy health issues

At night when I take my pup out. He has this strong beat in his chest. I think its some kind of hiccups or something. But I am praying its not something more. Has anyone experienced this? It doesn't happen all the time. But it scares the sh!t out of me.

Puppy hiccups are very common. If its not hiccups, then he should be seen by a vet.

I think I know what yo are experiencing. Hershey would get what I called really strong hiccups. Again not all the time, I think three times in one day was the most.First thing in the morning was the most common. Seemed like it was always when waking up from sleep. It ahppens very infrequently now. The vet going on my descritpion siad not to worry unless I see it getting worse or more frequent.

Riley also gets hiccups often. Her vet said it's totally normal. She gets them most often right after she has eaten.

My pup had some snoring and breathing that sounded labored, but he was just adjusting to his new enviornment--with hiccups! I hope the vet tells you the same thing.
