Rookie has had some ongoing issues with his back left leg for quite awhile now...the remedy has been rest..and lots of it. I do allow him to swim from time to time to get good exercise that way...but for the most part, he's still not bearing weight on his leg. We have done a couple of x-rays and even had a set sent down to MSU for them to evaluate. The report came back that there was nothing visibly there. Which initially is good news when we were worried about dysplasia and OCD at one point in time.
So, at the recommendation of my vet...we are off to MSU on 8/2 to see an ortho vet to hopefully figure out what in the heck is going on. I don't like to see my little man not 100%.

Glad it's not HD or OCD Dani. But I do hope it's nothing serious and Rookie will be 100% soon.

How curious! Hope it's just a growing phase.

Oh gosh. I hope its nothing serious. I wonder if it could be pano. I've never personally known a dog to get in the hind legs but I guess its possible.
Hope you get good news.

I hope you find out what's wrong. He's too young not to be 100%, the little stinker!!!! I bet you are worried about him!
