DefaultIs there sort of a 'food pyramid' for labs?

regardless of how we feed our labs - kibbles or raw, what is a good, general nutrition guideline or rough "food Pyramid" that we should follow for feeding? for example, how much protein (percentage) should a puppy or adult lab get daily? What about fat, carb, fiber or other nutrition necessities?

I am new to raising dogs. I know there are lots of informatoin on this board, but I have yet to read all the posts and am a bit overwelmed by the amount of information here.

    Thanks!
