    Exclamationdischarge? help!

    My 9 week old lab Bella is having a thin, slightly milky white discharge when she urinates.

    Its not all the time- I have only noticed this a couple time in the past week when goes to potty.

    She got all her shots 2 weeks ago, and wormed.

    Is this something i need to make a immediate vet appointment over?

    I know if i was having this i would go to the doctor. But i don't know if this pre-heat or normal for puppies.

    She is a house dog, and my cat, Sam is her constant playmate.

    thanks guys!!

    Certainly not pre-heat in a 9 week old puppy! I would be concerned about a UTI. Can you call the vet and ask them their opinion on whether you should bring her in?

    discharge = infection = vet

    It could be a UTI but more likely puppy vaginitis. They may want a urine sample and/or a vaginal smear. Call the vet and find out.
