I am switching Zora to the Diamond LB Puppy food because it easily accessable. My husband brought* it home and we gave her a few kibbles to try. She went crazy!!! Wanting more as though it was sent from heaven!
Nellie is on Chicken Soup which is made by Diamond. She loves it.
Yes, I wish I'd known about Diamond LBP food when Puff was a pup.* As it is, I sometimes pick up a small bag of Diamond C&R locally when I can't make it the 70 miles to KC, MO soon enough to replenish Costco's Kirkland C&R (also made by the company that makes Diamond).* But Kirkland only comes in an "all purpose" formula, not one especially formulated for LB puppies.
Diamond does not advertise or give special promotions which, I'm told, helps them keep a lower price while still offering premium ingredients.* They depend on word of mouth.
Puff [YF, AKC field line (from competing HT/FT breeder) 62 lbs, dob: 8-'01]
Bess [BF, AKC bench line (from competing show breeder) 55 lbs., 1967-1981] "Poor Bess, the Wonder Dog":
I've got Jes on the Diamond L&R Naturals (I wish the store would carry the chicken formula though) and he loves it. I usually alternate between Eagle Pack and Diamond, both are good foods for Jes.
Bella is on the Diamond L&R she loves it also. I havent gotten a bag of the new Diamond Naturals L&R since they are switching over. I still have a good bit of the old formula left.
