    DefaultRiley Seizure/Phenobarb Update

After the initial 8 days of grogginess and unsteadiness (which was heartwrenching for me), Riley seems to have adapted to his Phenobarb quite well. Looking at him now, you probably couldn't even tell he was medicated. He had his blood tested last week and the vet says his Phenobarb levels are within the theraputic range, so all seems good for now. We will test his liver in 6 months to make sure that's doing okay as well. In the meantime, no seizures.*

Glad to hear he is adjusting to his meds. The first few weeks on Pheno can be very hard on us humans, seeing the confusion, watching them stagger around. But it sounds like he is on the right track. Continued good thoughts to keep him seizure free.
