For the second day in a row Brooke has woke up in the morning with some junk in her eyes. Yesterday was the first day and it was just one eye, today both eyes had it. Any ideas ? Maybe allergies?

Could be a little conjunctivitis. As long as the cornea looks normal (no abnormal blue coloration, no other obvious lesions) and she isn't squinting or terribly uncomfortable, she should be OK until you can get her checked. If you see any of those other symptoms, might want to check in with your vet.

It could be alergies. We give Jasper reactin and it seems to clear it up. You can also get drops from your vet which can help.

CoCo has always had some "sleepies" in her eyes, as have a few JL labs from what I've read.

However, they have been worse lately (larger) and I too wonder if its spring allergies.

Maggie gets this in the Spring. It seems to be seasonal and related to her Spring allergies, pariticular pollen, which is very bad here in GA.
