    DefaultPPP 26/16 or 30/20

Hi All. I have a new pup coming home in a couple weeks and he is currently on PPP ALS 26/16. Just curious if anyone thinks it would be worth switching to the 30/20 or better to just stay on 26/16? I have read about the importance of lower calcium and phosphorus in large breeds and noticed that the 30/20 does have a little less than the 26/16 but not sure if the 30/20 might cause too rapid growth. Thoughts?

Is this a young puppy? I send my babies home on Pro Plan Focus Puppy (Not large breed) and ask they be fed that until 5mo and then switch to adult (26/16). BUT I recommend asking your breeder why they do what they do and what they recommend

Yes it is an 8 week old puppy. Breeder has been feeding PPP Sport All Life Stages 26/16 and I am planning to continue to do so. I was just wondering if it would be any more beneficial to feed the same food with the 30/20 blend rather than 26/16 blend as they make PPP Sport ALS in both. I likely am over complicating it and should just stick to what he is on huh?
