    DefaultSupplements for My Old Boy?

My Gibson (yellow male, will be 12 years old in a few weeks), is showing signs of his age. He has some hearing loss and I believe a little vision loss as well. In the last few days, I'm seeing he is slow in getting up. It looks like it's more of a weakness in his back legs. He does not show any signs of being in pain, and still will initiate playing a light game of ball in the house and sometimes outside. He's a good weight for his size (79lbs).

I feed him grain-free. He's on Taste of the Wild kibble. I also give him 1,000 mgs of Omega 3 fish oil once a day. I'd like to add a supplement to help him in his old age, one that will help him with his legs. I do plan on calling the vet on Monday to ask her opinion, but I'd like some input from anyone here with an older dog.

    What do you all use?

    Thanks!

Karen, mom of Gibson (almost 12 yellow male) and Landon (6 year old chocolate male).

Here is some info on different natural supps for arthritis that you may want to try. Often it takes a combo of things to work.
