    Defaultenteric coated aspirin?

Sawyer is sore (I'm guessing) from his first big swim at the dog park yesterday.* He's moving very slowly....like when you work out for the first time in a while. I'm 99% positive he didn't injur himself, so I'm not worried about that.

I called the vet and the tech said it was ok to give him 1 enteric coated aspirin per day for no more than 3 days.

Does that sound ok to you guys?* This will be the first time I've given anything like this to either of ours.

I believe that is the same as Ascriptin; so yes. I've given regular aspirin before, but with bread so they don't get tummy upsets. Hope the boy is feeling better soon.

I don't know if it is the same thing, but we were always told to give buffered asprin (bufferin) so as not to upset their stomach.

Ok, thanks guys. That's what I was hoping to hear. Poor boy...he swam his behind off and now is so sore. I feel bad for him.
