    DefaultSkin problem

So I noticed this dry spot on Milo's front leg about a month ago. I thought its a scrape he got when he hurt himself at the dog park. It doesn't seem to be healing itself. Instead, its growing bigger and bigger with a new small spot right besides it. I've told that this is common and that dogs get them by sitting/leaning on it. He is perfectly fine in terms of health. Here is a picture. Should i be concerned?

    Thanks in advance!

Dogs that lay on concrete or other hard surfaces can develop a callous on the elbow area. I am not sure that is what your pictures look like though.

It looks like a callous. My pup has one on the elbow and her bottom.

Thanks. Thats probably what it is. We don't allow him on the bed and couch and he only sleeps on hard floor.

Interesting! Our dogs actually own the house that we live in and are willing to share it with us. :-)
