    DefaultCAN PUPPIES GET KELOIDS?

Today my 8 month old chocolate lab baby just got her stiches removed after her spay surgury.
She now has these very notacable lumps where every stich was (8 bumps along insision)..they kind of look like white heads or keloids.
When i asked then vet nurse about it she said "just keep an eye on it" and didnt really answer my question.
Im very unhappy with the way this vet treated us the whole experiance was horrible..needless to say i will be finding a new vet.. in the mean time anyone have any idea what these bumps are and will my babys belly go back to normal?

The more people I meet, The more I like my dog...

till you find another vet, this vet is kind of responsible for this surgery so i'd go back and ask the vet to look at it and give you directions. "keep an eye on it" wouldnt work for me. what does that mean?

It will take some time for the scar to smooth out.

I would not worry too much about it, if the incision is not red, irritated or seeping anything.

It's not uncommon for this to happen. It could be a reaction to the sutures and should disappear with time.

Yes, Bella had that when we got her from L4R at
12 weeks. It took a while, but it did go away !
