DefaultHair loss and barking sound issue

Hey fellas, Frodo is having a lot of hair loss and it's driving my mum nuts as she ends up cleaning the house for hours everyday.. i'm feeding him Earthborn Holistic Coastal Catch (it's grain free), it's the best food i can find here in Sydney. Is there anything i can do to stop his crazy hair loss? i was told by the vet that it's a seasonal thing but seasons come and go and his hair loss continues throughout the year. Advice on grooming or diet change or whatever would be appreciated.

Also, he is 14 months old now and his bark is really high-pitched (and ear piercing in the morning).. is this normal? I would have thought his bark would have become much more "manly" by now haha.

Thanks for all the help guys.

We're coming into summer. He's only just started shedding so get used to more of it. Get him a Zoom Groom. They cost around $15 - $20 depending on where you get it. Like this one:

I used it on my 2 last night & filled the vacuum cleaner after it. This was from today - less than 24 hours later:

    After doing my Pug:

    After vacuuming & doing Bear:

I normally don't do them on the carpet for obvious reasons. I'd strongly advise you to use it outside if you don't want to clean up the mess I just did.

As for the barking, has he always sounded like that? MAYBE he's got something stuck in his throat that's affecting his vocal chords? Has he seen a vet recently?

haha it's ridiculous! so i have to groom him with the zoom groom everyday? he's always been shedding so much though even after i started giving him much better quality food and stuff.

well i haven't seen the vet since 3 months now and he's had the same bark since then. vet didnt mention any problems at all then. could it have anything to do with the desexing? you know.. his "balls didnt drop"? :P

I have heard of labby owners that have ruined vacuum cleaners from the constant hair vacuuming!
