    Thumbs upDIAMOND SETTLEMENT

just to fill you guys in.
rex continues to have some liver issues tho his latest results show the clotting factor to now be normal. his alt is still 2x normal but down from it's high (4x). bilirubin is normal.he's still on that gross prescription food (hills ld) and i hope the internist will soon allow me to home cook a diet that supports the liver.

i've settled with diamond for $3750.-just a couple of hundred above my actual vet costs. i guess i could have gone on with this forever, but i needed some closure and satisfaction. satisfaction for me, and every dog owner out there, who had a dog get sick from that tainted food.

I am glad they paid your vet bills, and I am sorry poor Rex is going through this. I am glad he is doing better and I am still sending him positive energy. I think that many of us will never buy a Diamond product again! Not me anyway!

I'm glad you stuck it out! Hopefully others that had sick dogs also pursued Diamond to recoup some costs and establish accountability. I hope Rex continues to improve.
