TalkingWhat was your labs size at 6 months?

We are trying to figure out how big our pup Boulder will get. He is about 51 pounds at 6 months of age. Both his parents were a solid 75lbs. At first we thought he would be really big, but then his growth slowed down, and now he seems like he is getting big again.

He has always had massive mits

Java was 55 lbs at 5 months old, about 60 lbs at 6 months old. She topped out at 76 lbs...but due to some orthopedic issues we took weight off of her so she now weighs 60 lbs. She is 3 1/2 years old.

Moka was about 42 lbs at 6 months old. She now weighs 50 lbs at 2 1/2 years old.

They are full sisters from different litters. Their mom weighs 82 lbs. Their dad weighs 90 lbs.

My chocolate was 60 pounds at 6 months. He gained 10 lbs a month until he was 8 months old. Then slowed down and eventually became 90 lbs. Both of his parents were 85-90 lbs so we knew he would be a big boy!
My goal in life is to be the kind of person my dog thinks I am

Sophie was 60lbs at 6 months. She is 1 yr now and is 76-77lbs. Our vet told us to double the 4 month weight and you get an idea of adult weight for your pup. Sophie was 40lbs at 4 months.

I was going to sugegst the same thing. Mick was 40 pounds at 4 months, and matured to 75. Caleb, on the other hand, was only 30 1/2 pounds at 17 weeks. He'll be 6 in July and weighed in at 68 pounds a week and a half ago.

Not sure what Nellie weighed at 6 months because I rescued her at about 8 months. She was 88 pounds at 8 months. At about 12 she is now about 98.
