    DefaultOrdering Dog Food Online Question

Does anybody here get their dog or cat's food online? I am curious because I'm planning to start rotating my girl's kibble, which will mean introducing her to two, possibly three---we'll see---new foods. She is currently on Wellness Core. I have started introducing into her diet Fromm's Surf and Turf. So far so good. I also plan to try Fromm's Beef Fritatta and I'm thinking of one of the Orijen foods as well. Eventually we'll phase out the Wellness Core. Thing is, these brands are hard to find by me ( I have to drive a ways ) so I was wondering about ordering them online. Just not sure which online pet food places to try. Does anybody have any sites they like and trust? I thought I found a good one until the $11.99 4 pound bag of Fromm's Beef Fritatta dog food was going to end up costing me twice that because of the $11.00 shipping charge! That's a bit crazy.
Thanks in advance for any advice and feedback!

I buy mine on line and save money plus it's free delivery but you have to order two bags at a time and shop around for the best deal on order day.

I ' m in the UK but expect it's the same everywhere.

I haven't done it yet, mostly because it ends up costing me more that way. However, Amazon has a certain number of dog foods available that are sold/shipped by them and I've often seen coupons for Pet Food Direct (usually 17% off) which helps take the cost down a little. They may also give a discount if you "subscribe" to regular shipments.

I have been using petflow for a while now, am pretty happy
with their prices and free shipping !
Other people have mentioned wag.com and petfooddirect.

Thanks everyone, I'll check out those sites. I also see Petflow at the top of this page, to help out the JL forum. But is there any way to know the expiration dates on the food you order?

I have to order online to get the brands I feed. I have used petflow.com and several others. No way to know what the date will be that I know of, but I have never gotten a bag that was expired, or even anywhere near its expiration date. Freshness might depend on the brand you are ordering, some brands sell more, so higher turnover, right? I have ordered Orijen, Acana, Fromm Gold, Precise Plus, and some others I may have forgotten about.

The date is on the back of the bag with food I buy so guess it should be there in the USA too.
