    DefaultWhip worm

They confirmed Justice has whip worm and attics is clear. They are guessing gizzy had a tumor growing inside of her. They are keeping the two boys separated until Justice finishes his treatment. Has anyone had this problem before?

I don't have any advise. Just wanted to say glad it isn't life threatening.

I'm getting my self back to better now. I have my 2 boys still and glad about that but I'm afraid for my aunt. She did not eat at all today and she cried all day and passed out from dehydration. She was supposed to come over to hang out but didn't and i understand but i wish she would eat something.

Oh sweetie this is so sad. Many of us here know what is it like to loose a dog so understand sometimes you don't feel hungry. I cried for weeks when I said goodbye to Kassy.

Good thoughts she drinks more, is eating soon, and wants to hang out with you.

When i lost abbey I did not eat for a day but this is not like her. To cry till she passes out. when her dad died she cried and still does cry but not to this extent. I wanted her to come so we could talk and so she could see the dogs since she hasn't seen how big Bentley has gotten on his size not height. I didn't want to sound selfish and i hope i didn't. I have had so many losses in just 2 years it is hard swallow. I mean when i heard about some dogs on here i got a tear or two. I hope all our dogs are up there sniffing buts and playing in that lovely water they love so much.

Switch to Interceptor for your Heartworm prevention - it's the only one that gets whipworms. I hope your aunt is feeling better soon

Whips are a pain in the ass to get rid of. I had a friend who had whips in her dogs and the only thing that worked was upping the Interceptor routine to every 3 weeks instead of once a month. She's kept her dogs on this schedule for 10 years and has managed to keep the whips under control.
