Default10 Yr Old Marley No longer wants to walk?

Marley rarely wants to go for walks. She had surgery for ACL repair months ago and appears to have healed up fine. Can do stairs etc.. vet cleared. However, recently she is panting all the time and does not want to go for walks, just sits outside. I plan on a visit to the Vet but value opinions from those with Senior labs.

Also her bark has changed from a proud roar to a pathetic hollow bark. is this normal?

I wish I could give you a clue as to what's going on, but I have not experienced that with my dogs. A trip to the vet is certainly in order. I would go ASAP. Best of luck!

I would go to the vet just to check. If Erns doesn't want to walk or pants it is a sign of pain.

    Good thoughts all is ok.

Definitely a trip to the vet is in order - voice change can be an indication of a number of things - but that coupled with the reluctance to exercise makes me think of laryngeal paralysis.

Laryngeal Paralysis appears to be a match. Thanks for the reply.
