    DefaultProblem With My Labrador

Hi i have a Black Labrador Retriever who is abut 18 Months Old, I am worried about him as recently he started to yelp a bit and i think he has a problem with his mouth but he wont let me check. He has started slavering from the mouth, cowering and lying under bushes and just not himself. He is ok going for walks but most of the day just slowching around an not eating very good. He loves to chew on sticks and i as wondering if he had a spelk or something in his mouth an also has ben know to try eat bees. This is a sudden change in himself as he usually is full of life running around but he seems to be a bit scared of us.

Any Help Appreciated I will be taking hit Vet soon

I would definitely get him to the vet ASAP. Some dogs act funny because of the heat, but this sounds like more than that. Please let us know what you find out from the vet. Good thoughts for your puppy.

Some people are like slinkies. Not really good for much, but bring a smile to your face when pushed down the stairs.

    vet. ASAP.
could be a variety of things but it would help if you couldlook into his mouth. Might be something stuck in his pallet, or a broken/infected tooth among a few guesses.

Get him to the vet ASAP please. It sounds like he's got something jammed in his teeth, or maybe a broken tooth. He's giving you all the signs that he's not right, do not wait.

Pretty much what has already been said - off to the vet asap!!
Sam had a cracked tooth that caused him pain with similar symptoms - but he's very good about letting me check his mouth. Either way, he goes to the vet if he acts abnormally.
