A few days after Stoli's spaying she had developed a large hard lump under the incision. Everyone seemed to think it was normal and in a few days it was gone. Now it has been about a month since the spaying and the stitches are starting to dissolve. I have noticed small red bumps(almost pimple or wart looking) around the incision site. Is this normal??? Should I be worried??? She has no pain and if I touch the area she is fine with it. She doesn't lick or bite at it either. I have called the vet and awaiting a return call when he gets out of his current appt but thought I would try the question here as well.
Are they in a line parallel to the incision site?
Only after the last tree has been cut down, only after the last river has been poisoned, only after the last fish has been caught, only then will you find that money cannot be eaten. - Cree prophecy
Yeah. They are in line above and below the incision
could it just be skin irritation from where they shaved her for the spay?
Stoped by vet's office and he said it was fine!!! i feel much better!!
