He's about 5 months old and came into the rescue via good samaritan. The man was driving up on a truck stopped by the side of the road in the middle of the country when he saw the people inside throw out Wilbur and speed off. The man was hauling a car so he couldn't stop. On his was back through, Wilbur was still standing in the same spot looking lost and dejected. He picked up the little guy and called us. We agreed to take him in. He spent Monday through Thursday at the vets where he was neutered and vaccinated. He's now at my house playing non-stop bitey face with Rookie.
I think he could be mixed with Cocker, but not sure. He's sweet and really tries hard to please.

He is so cute. He actually looks a lot like Diesel does right now. How can people dump such a sweetheart.
What a sweet boy, Dani! I'm sure he'll have no problem finding a forever home...
There's a special spot in h*ll for people who treat animals like they're disposable.
He is adorable. I hope he finds his forever home soon. Peoople that would do something like that are despicable.
If I was driving an 18 wheeler behind those people I'd probably had the urge to run them down.. what bastards! how can people do that...
He is very adorable - I'm sure he'll find a much better home and soon!
Wow; he's soooooooooooooooooo cute!!
I just do not get the f*^cking people who will throw a living creature out of a car. May they rot in hell.
I hope Wilbur finds his wonderful forever home quickly.
What a terrible way to get rid of a dog. As bad as "drop of boxes" are, at least the dog is safe and not thrown out of a car and left alone to be hit.
He is a cuty, sounds like he is resilient as well (playing at your place). I see what you mean by possibly mixed with cocker - he has the "look" to his face. Reminds me of the cocker/rottie mix at the dog park (the cooker look part, not the rottie part!)
