    DefaultProblem Solving

Last night we fed Marshal using the Break-fast Bowl for the first time. The bowl is designed to slide on the floor. TMM not happy with this option decided he would fix that. He picked up the dish dumped his meal on the floor and scarfed it down. Miss Hoover Vacuum aka Romy came along and licked the floor clean for us. Not to be outsmarted, I stood very close to him while he ate this morning! I have a feeling given the chance he would chew that bowl to shreds in seconds.

    That's funny!

It is amazing how they solve their problems. HK gets a frozen treat before bedtime. We had been putting it in her heavy bowl with a flat bottom and vertical sides. She would trap it at an edge and work on it. last week we realized we had another bowl and decided to use it instead of moving the first bowl to the frozen treat location. This bowl is like the inside of half a ball. curved all the way. She was getting frustrated with the treat because she couldn't trap it in the bowl, it kept sliding around. So, she grabbed it in her mouth and set it down on the floor, trapped with her paws.

We use the brake-fast bowl for Boo. It has helped her considerably! Yeah if there is a way around something, especially if it's food related, they will figure it out! How do you like the bowl?
