Thanks to the ones who have helped me post pictures on here. I am Learning!!
I also want to tell you what happened to our 10 year old Dog Dusty, in the hopes of preventing something like this from happening to your dogs. Last summer, we were tearing down an old pig pen on our property. Dusty was right there with us the three days it took, "helping" . In the evening of the third day, he threw up in the house, and as he was always carrying around stones, I first thought he had swallowed a stone. Within three hours, he couldn't even stand up. We took him to the vet, where he was ex-rayed, and no stone. Then came the blood tests, which determined he had Kidney and liver damage. Within 24 hours, he was gone!! We just couldn't understand how he could have been playing like a pup one minute and gone the next. The only thing the vet could tell us that it might have been salmonella from the boards he picked up and chewed on from the pig pen. Even though we had not had any pigs in over 30 years, the bacteria was still on those boards. We will never know for sure if this is what caused his death, but if it was, I hope this helps save someone else's best friend.
I'm so sorry you lost sweet Dusty.......

I am so sorry. Thank you for the warning. I never would have thought about that.
I'm so sorry you lost Dusty. He must be looking down on your two pups and smiling.
Such a sad story. So sorry for your loss.
