    DefaultWhen biteyfacing... ;)

    heehee.

Just curious... since Henery and Phoebe seem to fall in the "mostly not vocal" category whilst bitey-facing. I always thought this was the norm! LOL!

I think I can count on one hand how many times I heard a play growl or a yip but mostly (unless you count the scrabbling of nails on my wood floors) it's pretty quiet. LOL.

So... how do your labs biteyface??

When Darla and Bob play they are plenty vocal. Barking is rare but hissing and cooing are the most prevelant. Bob does most of the talking and he is usually the instigator. He will usually take his paw and put it on Darla's head or try to swat her in the face even though Darla is the Alpha. Many times it begins with a stare down then a play bow.

One of these days I am going to get it on video but when they are going at it the camera is always somewhere else.

As vocal as Buddy and Champ are otherwise, their bitey-face is very quiet. Lots of heavy panting and breathing, but very little or no actual vocalizing.

Simon is pretty quiet, except for a few high-pitched barks to try to entice Angus to play.

Angus is a growler. Almost all the time. :

Jefferson is silent. Teddy is constantly "talking." He barks, he growls, he yips. Very, very noisy!!
“If I know every single phone call you’ve made, I’m able to determine every single person you’ve talked to; I can get a pattern about your life that is very, very intrusive. And the real question here, is what do they do with this information that they collect – that does not have anything to do with al-Qaeda? And we’re gonna trust the president and the vice president that they’re doing the right thing? Don’t count me in on that.”

I couldn't vote because I have one of each...Bodie (the scaredy cat) is always growly and Sam (total alpha) is always quiet.
