Defaultwhere do you buy coats or sweaters that actually fit?

Everything I've tried on my big boy at Petsmart or Petco doesn't fit, even the XL sizes. His CHD is getting pretty bad now that we're living in the cold weather and the vet said to keep him in a sweater or coat when he's out in the snow to keep his hips warm.

    Help!?

You might try RuffWear. Their products that I've seen are top grade (& also $$) Puff has a life jacket from them.

I think he has the same one we do, from Cabellas. Not very fashionable, but quite functional.

kassabella (Chris) has a coat for Ernie for that very reason, maybe send her a quick PM and see where she got hers?

I got Peanut's at a horse supply store called "Running Fox" the kind of style is is, it really can't not fit, you just adjust it via the straps that run underneath. It wasn't cheap, mind you, but it's lined with thick sheep's wool and on it's second winter none the worse for wear. (and she wears it daily)

In this one you can see where the straps attach on the side, just like a horse blanket:

It was difficult for me to find one that was small enough for her, because they were all huge! I had to buy the smallest one and then have it altered.

I just got an email today from JBWholesale their having a sale 30% off winter clothing with discount code. PM me for the code if interested. I have not bought any clothing from them, but I did buy Kody's car harness from them and was very happy with their prices and service. Their Everest Snow Parka looks cool. 8)
