Walking Jasper and he runs up to another dog walker in greeting ( He ignored the boxer as he knows it's not a friendly dog )

Boxer's owner says "He's well fed"

    F&*^(%*g nerve

Well he might have a bit of winter weight on him but how rude is that !!

Sounds like the owner is unfriendly also...give Jasper a hug for me. It is probably just his winter clothes.

Rude people bug the crap out of me, too.

My guys bulk out a little in the winter (less exercise) but in the summer we get the "Gosh, they look thin. Don't you feed them?" comments. And those comments almost exclusively come from owners of enormously overweight/obese dogs.

Same here. Then I go to the beach where all the Lab owners are, and they see that Dakota has plenty of muscle and just has a thin build. Some people havent a clue.

I hear that too. Especially from people with breeds that are supposed to be on the thin side.

Can you imagine what a poor Lab would look like if they were as thin as a, let just say, hound? ??? They would look sick.

I think Jasper looks fine. :-*
