    DefaultThe Suburban Decision

I decided not to get it.

I'm just starting to see some light at the end of my tunnel of debt. I really don't want it to be all dark and gloomy again. I can live with using the Trailblazer for the dogs. I can live with my old truck, it runs great and probably will for several more years.

I have several house projects that I need to do instead, so no to the Suburban, but yes to another bathroom remodel, a new deck, and some new windows (all of which are BADLY needed... not wanted.. but truly needed).

Sounds like you are going to be too busy to find time for driving anyway!

With all those projects, you wouldn't be driving much anyway!!

I can so relate. Got lots of house projects that need doing around here, as well, and I figure I'll drive my two old vehicles until the wheels roll off and can't be fixed for cheap again. Good luck on the bathroom!

Ditto on not having time to drive with all that you want to do. You'll get much more satisfaction out of the windows, deck, and bathroom anyway.

You know, it sounds like you thought this through, and your projects won out this time. Next time the new vehicle will win. It just isn't meant to be right now. I hate it when you get practical and put things in order and realize that want to and need to are miles apart and the need to is closest. :

You made the right decision. I can't wait to see the new bathroom.
