Remington Knocked Down Grandma!
Uh oh. Remington was BAD dog today. Mom came in from shopping and when she opened the door, Remington flattened her and took off after the cat. Grandma jumped up and ran after him. As she describes it,
"I was right on his tail, only inches from him, the little shit. I was screaming at him and he ran around the house to the front gate. He leaped up on the gate but his short little squatty legs aren't long enough for him to jump it. I opened the gate and shoved him in. The front door was locked so I had to leave him there and go back around to let him in from inside the house. He screamed and howled like I was leaving him forever! He was so bad. I think Santa will not be giving him anything this year!"
Remington and his grandma made up. Although he is still miffed that his grandma thinks he has "short little squatty legs".

I can smile now that I know your mom is okay. What a sight that must have been. Remington....you can't knock grandma over. :)
Re: Remington Knocked Down Grandma!
Glad your Mom was ok. When my in-laws lived with us, they were 86 and 87, having the dogs knock them down was one of my biggest fears.
At least your Mom has a sense of humor! Loved her story!

Tell Grandma she did a great job and we are all glad she is okay. Maybe you can buy her a bigger stick for when she is watching the furkids. :)
