Still trying to find the right gift for Pitch that wont' hurt him, or he can't destroy.....(Did I mention he was a lab?) Anyone familiar with Busy Bone? Looks like an edible Bone...never seen it before, but it looks tough, any thoughts?

If I remember correctly it only lasted about 20 minutes with Nellie. I did see some cool new toys at Petsmart. They were next to the Kongs and are colored clear rubber some with holes to put treats in.

Busy bones last about 5 minutes in my house. Misty loves them though.
    Aren't we comfortable!

Thanks for the feedback. I did find him a tug toy made by Kong, hoping that he likes this...I also found him a tire toy that someone at the pet store says that he can't destroy. (She doesn't know my lab, probably has a poodle of her own).

I suggest to everyone who has this problem to try orbee balls (large size), these are the ones that look like the globe. They don't feel very strong, and I was very skeptical but they hold up well and are hollow so you can put treats inside which is a plus. There is also the "hurley" and the "huck" that are very strong as well. I get all of these at this website www.sitstay.com (just do a search) Though you can find the orbees at a lot of pet stores. I remember when Raven was little she would destroy everything, still does. But when I found these toys, I was so happy that something lasted!!!!!!! The tire didn't last for us, maybe you will have better luck!!!!!

One of our friend's dog has a Buster Cube. You put a few treats/kibbles inside and they can roll it around trying to get them out. Makes a lot of noise on non-carpeted floors though.
