for an avatar during the hunting season.

    Remi: ... "I'll bite your face" ...

    Cappy: ... "I'll bite your throat" ...

Daddy: ... "OK you two, Daddy's working on the puter, play nicely!"

Remi and Rusty aren't my whole life. They're trying to fill the hole in my heart left by Cappy's passing.

Nice thing about having two dogs is they can chew on each other rather than me. ;D
That looks like an old stamp. What year was it issued or is it new this year?

Dd ... it's actually plagiarized from the front panel of an old Peter's Plastic shotgun shell box circa 1950s. I USED those shells through the early 60s and only wish I had bought a Couple thousand boxes and put them away for my 401K retirement fund. Back then I bought them by the case for $2.50/box, cheaper by the case and even cheaper by the case after the season ended in January. Look now ... an empty box in just moderate condition fetches $35 plus. A full box in excellent condition commands $95!
Open the link below and scroll down for several examples.

Think about that for a moment with me. $95.00 div by $2.50 = a 3800% increase from 1957 to 2007, or 50 years. 3800 div by 50 = 76% simple interest per year! Not too bad huh? Take that a step further. A case of 20 boxes would have cost me $50. That case would be worth $1,900 today. How about 1000 boxes? $2,500 invested in 1957 would be $95,000 today. :
