    Poor girl. I often think about dogs outliving their owners and the stress and condusion it must create. So sad.

    Awww.

    Looking through the gray at the white on the feet and chest, the set of her eyes, and the set, size and structure of her ears I would bet that she is 1/2 Pharaoh Hound.

    If I lived within 100 miles of there I would grab her in a minute. And Auggie would just have to "suck it up" (Auggie has had experience with living with another dog; our Pharaoh Hound, Talley, and then the farm collie who's 'dad' died, Spike, and Auggie much prefers being an "only dog").
